About PicBarn
PicBarn makes AI product photos for Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy sellers: on-model, in-scene, text edits, recolours and A+ infographics, with the uploaded product never redrawn.

What PicBarn is
PicBarn is a web tool that turns one product photo into the image set a marketplace listing needs. Upload the white-background shot you already have from the supplier and get, from the same file: the product worn by a synthetic model, the product placed in a lifestyle scene, the printed text on a label retyped in the same font, the product in another colourway, and an Amazon A+ infographic with real, readable callouts. Every result exports at the pixel size each platform asks for.
It is built for independent e-commerce sellers — the one-person Amazon brand, the Shopify store with forty SKUs, the TikTok Shop seller launching a product a week — who cannot book a photo shoot for every listing but will not publish a bare white shot either.
The rule everything follows
The product you upload is cut out and locked. Everything around it — the person, the room, the light, the shadow it casts — is generated, but the product pixels are never regenerated. Labels, stitching, logos, glass and metal finish stay as photographed. That is the difference between a listing image a buyer can trust and an AI picture of something that looks like your product.
Two tools work the other way round by design, and we say so on their pages: edit text repaints only the line you retype, and infographic draws the product from a written description because its engine is built for text and layout, not for your pixels. Use the scene and model tools when the exact photo matters.
What runs underneath
PicBarn does not train its own image models. Each tool runs on the engine that does its job best today, and we switch when a better one appears: FLUX Kontext for text edits and recolouring, FASHN for virtual try-on, Bria product-shot for scenes, MOSS-Image for infographics, Florence-2 for reading text and describing photos. You never need an API key or a GPU; generation runs on our account and is billed in credits.
Pricing in one paragraph
One credit is about US$0.25. A lifestyle scene is 3 credits for four candidates, a virtual try-on is 4 credits for four, a text edit or a recolour is 2 credits per image, and an infographic is 1 credit per image. New accounts start with 5 free credits. Failed runs are refunded automatically; the candidates you do not keep cost nothing extra. Exports are free.
What it is not
PicBarn is an image tool, not a marketplace, an agency or a compliance service. Every model in the library is synthetic and licensed for commercial listing use; you cannot upload a real person as the model. Marketplace image rules change; the export presets follow the published guidance, but the listing remains your responsibility, and we do not recommend recoloured images for colour-critical claims.
Who makes it
PicBarn is an independent product, built and run by a small team that has sold on Amazon and Shopify and got tired of paying per-SKU for photos. We write every page on this site ourselves, test every tool with the real engines before it ships, and publish the limits we find alongside the features.
