Frequently asked questions
What input photo works best?
A sharp photo on a plain background, product filling at least half the frame. Cut-outs (PNG with transparency) skip the background-removal step.
Can I write my own scene?
Yes. Pick "Custom scene" in the studio and describe it; the library scenes are faster because their lighting and camera are pre-tuned.
How many credits does one generation cost?
One scene generation produces four candidates and costs 3 credits (about 75 US cents).
Is the output allowed as an Amazon main image?
Main images must be on pure white. Use the "Clean studio white" scene for that; lifestyle scenes are for the secondary gallery slots.
