Using the service

These terms apply to PicBarn (picbarn.com). By creating an account you agree to them.

You may upload only images you own or have the right to use. You may not upload photos of real people as a "model", generate images that infringe someone else's trademark or likeness, or use the service to produce misleading product claims.

Credits and payments

Generations are paid with credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases valid for 12 months; subscription credits are granted every billing period while the subscription is active. Credits are refunded automatically when a generation fails. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content and our output

You keep all rights to the images you upload. You receive a worldwide, perpetual licence to use the images generated for you in your own commercial listings and marketing. We may keep failed and sample outputs for debugging.

No guarantee of marketplace acceptance

Export presets follow published marketplace guidance, but marketplaces change their rules and review listings at their own discretion. You are responsible for the listings you publish.

Availability and changes

We may change features, prices (for future purchases) and these terms. Material changes are announced on the site. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
