Listing quality tier (TikTok Shop)

TikTok Shop's listing quality tier is the grade the platform gives a product detail page, and for images its "Good" tier calls for at least five high-resolution images with no promotional stickers.

TikTok Shop explains its listing quality grading in the Seller University article on product detail pages and listing quality. The grade reflects how complete and clear a listing is, and images are one of the parts it looks at.

The image guidance is short. Images should be larger than 600 x 600 px, and the "Good" tier needs five or more high-resolution images. Promotional stickers are to be avoided, and so is one base photo turned into several colours with editing software. The Product Listing Policy adds the hard limits: up to 9 square (1:1) images of at least 600 x 600 px, in colour, with no duplicate angles, and a main image showing a front physical view on a pure white background.

Sellers trying to reach five images often pad the set. Near-identical crops count as duplicate angles. Recoloured copies of one photo are exactly what the quality guide asks sellers to avoid. Stickers such as "50% off" or "best seller" break the no-stickers advice. Small source images stretched to pass 600 px look soft and do not meet the high-resolution part.

A set that passes is usually: the white-background main image, the back or side, a close-up of material or detail, the product in use, and a size or scale reference.

PicBarn can produce colour variants with its recolour tab, but for TikTok Shop photograph each real colourway where you can, since the quality guide asks sellers to avoid colour swaps of one base photo.
